Qualifications: 

Essential: M.F.Sc. in Fisheries Science/ M.Sc. Life Science /M.Sc. Zoology/ M.Sc. Animal Science

Desirable: Experience in Genetics, Biotechnology, Aquaculture, Soil and Water Analysis, Molecular Biology, Statistical Data Analysis

Monthly Emolument: 

Rs. 31,000/ + 8% HRA

Salary as per ICAR/DST rules plus applicable HRA

Job Requirements: 

  • Flexibility to work anywhere in India
  • Preferred Skills: Collection of stocks, Induced spawning, PIT tagging, Nursery rearing, Pond management, Genetic analysis, Molecular biology, Inland saline aquaculture
  • Proficiency in Computer applications and report writing
  • Excellent communication skills

Place of Posting: ICAR-CIFE Rohtak

  • Maximum age limit: 35/40 years (age relaxation for SC/ST & women, OBC)
