The 14th Asian Fisheries and Aquaculture Forum (14AFAF) is a scientific forum organized by the Asian Fisheries Society (AFS), held every three years to discuss global trends and address challenges in fisheries and aquaculture. This forum serves as an international platform for scientists, researchers, and stakeholders to exchange knowledge and share innovative ideas. The 14AFAF, themed ‘Greening the Blue Growth in Asia-Pacific’, aims to promote sustainable fisheries and aquaculture practices.

REGISTRATION FEES

• For International Delegates, the early bird registration (on or before 31 Oct 2024) costs US$ 400 for regular AFS members and US$ 450 for non-members. After 31 Oct 2024, the fee increases to US$ 450 for members and US$ 500 for non-members.
• For SAARC and BIMSTEC countries, AFS members can register at US$ 300 (early) or US$ 350 (late), while non-members pay US$ 350 (early) or US$ 400 (late).
• Students who are AFS members can register for US$ 200 (early) or US$ 225 (late), and non-members at US$ 225 (early) or US$ 250 (late).
• Accompanying persons (without kit) can register for US$ 200 (early) or US$ 250 (late).
• For Domestic Delegates, early bird registration costs INR 10,000 for regular AFS members and INR 11,000 for non-members. After 31 Oct 2024, members pay INR 11,000 and non-members INR 12,000.
• Students (AFS members) can register at INR 6,000 (early) or INR 7,000 (late), while non-members pay INR 7,000 (early) or INR 8,000 (late).
• Farmers and accompanying persons can register for INR 5,000 (early) or INR 6,000 (late).

For the expo, a 3m x 3m stall is available for US$ 5,000 (Overseas) or INR 2.5 lakh (National), which includes 2 free registrations, a display table, 2 chairs, and lights.
A 6m x 3m stall costs US$ 8,000 (Overseas) or INR 4.0 lakh (National) and includes 3 free registrations, 2 display tables, 3 chairs, and lights.
