Programme Schedule:

• Day 1:
  • Lecture and demo session on CHNS analyzer & PSA principles
  • Sample collection (sediment, water, leaf samples) from different sites and processing
• Day 2:
  • Standard preparation, calibration procedures, and sample preparation for CHNS & PSA
• Day 3:
  • Hands-on training: Qualitative and quantitative estimation of elements (Carbon, Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Sulphur) using CHNS Analyzer
• Day 4:
  • Hands-on training: Sediment or other particle size determination using Particle Size Analyzer
• Day 5:
  • Data retrieval, software analysis, interpretations, and lab tour
