IFFO – The Marine Ingredients Organisation is set to organize the 6th IFFO Marine Ingredients China Workshop on December 12th in Guangzhou, South China. As the capital city of Guangdong province, a key aquafeed producing region in China, the offline event is open to both IFFO members and non-members.
Commencing at 8:30 Beijing Time, the full-day workshop will feature presentations and panel discussions covering various aspects of the global marine ingredients market. The agenda includes insights into production and consumption in Vietnam, Europe, and Chile, along with discussions on regulations and standards for imported feed in China, fishmeal/fish oil applications, and China’s fishmeal demand.
Key speakers at the event will include DUAN Xiaohong from China Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Association, Prof./Dr. He Gen from Ocean University of China, Prof./Dr. NIU Jin from Sun Yat-sen University, Dr. XU Houguo from the Yellow Sea Fisheries Research Institute at the Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences, Henry Qu (China Market Analyst) from IFFO, Ngo Nha Truc (Deputy Manager) from Kanematsu Vietnam, Anne Mette Baek from Marine Ingredients Denmark and the European Fishmeal Association, Francisco Ovalle from Orizon S.A., and HUANG Lun (Animal Protein Purchasing Director) from Tongwei Agricultural Development Co.
