The university is currently inviting applications for two positions of Young Professional-II on a purely temporary basis. These positions are available under the “National Surveillance Program for Aquatic Animal Diseases (NSPAAD) – Phase-2” project, which is part of the Pradhan Mantri Masthya Sampada Yojana (PMSSY). The project is coordinated with ICAR-NBFGR, Lucknow.
Eligibility:
Essential Qualification: Master’s Degree in Fisheries Science with Specialization in Aquatic Animal Health Management/ Fish Pathology & Microbiology/ Aquaculture/ Aquatic Environment Management/ Fish Biotechnology/
Or
Any relevant Fishery Science subjects or Life Science Subjects with two years of research experience in Microbiology/ Molecular Biology in Fisheries or Animal Science
Desirable:
- Research Publications in peer reviewed journals in the area of fish health
- Field experience in aquaculture field
