Applications are invited for an interview for the position of Junior Research Fellow under the DBT funded project titled “Identification and comparative expression analysis of novel immune-related genes against prevalent bacterial infections and development of remedial measures in Asian Seabass, Lates calcarifer” at ICAR-CIFRI, Barrackpore.
Position: 01 (Junior Research Fellow)
Tenure: Until 31st March 2026 or co-terminus with the project, whichever is earlier.
Qualification: M.F.Sc. Or, M.Sc. (Life Science / Biotechnology/Bioinformatics/ Microbiology) / M.Tech. (Biotechnology) with CSIR-UGC NET or GATE qualification.
Desirable Qualification: Research experience in molecular biology, microbiology, and bioinformatics.
Remuneration: ₹31,000 + 24% HRA for 1st & 2nd Year, ₹35,000/- + 24%HRA for the 3rd year.
Age Limit: Below 35 years for men and 40 years for women as of the closing date of application.
