Position: Young Professional – II (One Post)
Project Name: Development and pilot testing of innovative aquaculture crop insurance solution
Duration: Till May 2025 or closure of the project
Fellowship: Pay@ Rs.42,000 /- per month (Consolidated)
Essential Qualification:
- Post graduate in Fisheries Economics / Fisheries Extension / Aquaculture/ Aquatic Animal Health Management.
Desirable:
- Knowledge and work experience in aquaculture farming operations and farm management or shrimp farming.
Place of Post: ICAR-CIBA, Chennai
Nature of Work:
- Extensive travel in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Gujarat for field/ industry data collection, analysis & assistance in reports preparation.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years for men and 45 years for women as on the date of interview. Age limits are relaxable for SC / ST / OBC candidates as per rules.
