Eligibility Criteria:
- Retired individuals from the position of Under Secretary/Section Officer or its equivalent in the Government of India, State Government, and its attached/subordinate offices.
- Proficiency in interpersonal skills and essential computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Central Secretariat functions including Drafting, Noting, Budgeting, etc., along with expertise in domainspecific fields.
- Retired personnel from the position of Accounts Officer or Pay & Accounts Office/Principal Accounts Office with experience in Indian finance and budgeting preferred.
Age Limit: Maximum age limit for Consultants: 64 years
Selection Process: Applications will be scrutinized, and mentors will be selected by a committee at the Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying (DAHD).
