Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the temporary recruitment of Young Professional-I at Mandapam Centre for Sustainable Aquaculture (MCeSA), Seeniappa Dargha, Ramanathapuram under the All India Network Project – Ornamental Fish Breeding and Culture, funded by ICAR through ICAR-CMFRI, Kochi.

Post Details

• Post Name: Young Professional-I (One Post)
• Project Name: All India Network Project – Ornamental Fish Breeding and Culture
• Duration: 1 year
• Essential Qualification: Graduate in Fisheries Science or Life Sciences with experience in Mariculture.
• Desirable:
  • Knowledge and experience in ornamental fish breeding and aquarium maintenance.
  • Marine ornamental fish culture expertise.
• Emoluments: ₹30,000 (Consolidated) per month.
• Age Limit: 21–45 years (Relaxation as per rules).
• Place of Work: Mandapam Centre for Sustainable Aquaculture (MCeSA), TNJFU, Seeniappa Dargha, Ramanathapuram.

 

Terms and Conditions

1. The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
2. Continuation or transition to other posts is not permitted.
3. The appointee will adhere to the regulations and rules of the University for contractual engagements.
4. The indicated place of work is provisional and may change as per project requirements.
5. The job requires halting in hatchery and farm operations without allowances under normal circumstances.
