Positions Available: 2 Junior Research Fellows (JRFs)

Date & Time of Walkin Interview: April 29, 2024, at 10:00 am

Venue: CMFRI, Kochi 18 (CMFRI), ICAR-Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute, Abraham Madamakkal Road, Ernakulam North PO, Kochi, Kerala 682 018

Vacancy Details: 2 JRF positions available

Duration: Purely temporary for five years from the date of recruitment or the termination of the project, whichever is earlier.

Qualifications:

Essential: Master’s Degree in Chemistry/Organic Chemistry with research experience in chemical/chemistry laboratories, including hands-on experience in chromatographic/ spectroscopic techniques.

Desirable: Basic and applied knowledge of scientific analysis in chemistry/organic chemistry/chemical sciences.

Emoluments:

Option (a): ₹31,000 per month + 18% HRA for NETCSIR/UGC NET/GATE qualified candidates

Option (b): ₹25,000 per month + 18% HRA for nonNET/CSIRUGC qualified candidates

Place of Posting: Kochi, Kerala
