RECRUITMENT OF YOUNG PROFESSIONAL-II AT ICAR-CIFRI FOR DRONE TECHNOLOGY PROJECT

Applications are invited for an offline interview to be held at ICAR-CIFRI, Barrackpore for the engagement of two (02) Young Professionals-II under the project “A pilot project for developing drone technology for live fish transport and PAN India level demonstration” funded by NFDB.

Details are as follows:

  • Position: Young Professional-II (02 posts)
  • Tenure: One (01) year OR co-terminus with the project, whichever is earlier.
  • Essential Qualification:
    • B. Tech. or B.E. in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Aerospace Engineering
    • OR M.Sc. in IT, Computer Science, Computer Application, AI
  • Desirable Qualification:
    • Experience in drone flying operations, knowledge of DGCA rules and drone structure, Drone Pilot License Certificate.
  • Remuneration: ₹42,000/- per month (consolidated, as per ICAR rules).
  • Age Limit: Below 45 years as of the closing date of application (age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Divyang as per rules).
  • Interview Date & Time: 29th September 2024 at 12:00 PM
  • Venue: ICAR-CIFRI, Barrackpore, Kolkata-700120
  • Place of Posting: ICAR-CIFRI, Barrackpore or project sites as per the requirement.

Instructions for Applicants:

  1. Separate applications must be sent for each post via separate emails.
  2. Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.
  3. The number of vacancies may change as per requirement.
  4. Interested candidates must email the prescribed application form along with their bio-data and self-attested certificates (age, qualifications, experience, etc.) to interviewcifri@gmail.com before 5:00 PM on 25th September 2024.
  5. Late applications will not be considered, and eligible candidates will be informed via phone.
  6. Candidates must submit certificates/provisional certificates for Graduation and Post-Graduation qualifications; otherwise, the application will be rejected.
  7. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
  8. Those already employed should submit a No Objection Certificate from their employer/supervisor along with the application.
  9. Selected candidates may be stationed at Barrackpore or any project site across India and will engage in extensive fieldwork, lab work, and surveys.
  • All original documents must be produced at the time of joining.
  • Selected candidates will have no claim for regular employment at ICAR-CIFRI.
  • Accommodation will not be provided.
  • The Director’s decision will be final on all matters.
